Delete your LUMORA account and data

In the app

Open Profile & Settings → Delete account and data and follow the confirmation steps. The app also has a separate Clear local data option for records stored on that device.

After uninstalling or losing access

Email liliiastadnik1@gmail.com with the subject LUMORA account deletion request. Tell us whether you used an email account or anonymous access. We will explain how to verify your connection to the account before deleting account data. Do not send journal text, passwords, payment-card details, or health records by email.

What happens

Deletion removes the LUMORA account and associated server records, subject to information that must be kept for legal, financial, or security reasons. Information saved only on a device may need to be cleared in that app or device; we cannot remotely clear data on a device we cannot access. A store subscription is managed separately: cancel it in Google Play or the Apple App Store if you no longer want renewal.
