LUMORA Privacy Policy
LUMORA is operated by Liliia Stadnik. Questions about your data and requests to exercise your privacy rights can be sent to liliiastadnik1@gmail.com. This policy covers the LUMORA app; the website privacy notice covers this website.
Information used by the app
- Account and preferences: an account or installation identifier, authentication records, optional profile name and photo, and settings needed to run the app.
- Activities: answers and results of checks, progress, and information you choose to save or send while using app features.
- AI features: messages and information you submit for a response, including check results when you request an AI interpretation. These are sent for processing and may be stored with your account history.
- Purchases: subscription product, entitlement, and purchase status supplied by the app store and RevenueCat. LUMORA does not receive your full card number from a store purchase.
- Sleep information: if you enable Bio-Sync and grant permission, the app requests read access to sleep-stage information through Apple Health or Android Health Connect. The feature does not pair directly with a wearable over Bluetooth.
- Technical information: service logs and error information needed to operate and secure the app.
Local and server storage
Mind Space journal text is stored on your device in the current version. Related activity events may be sent to the server to schedule reviews, without the journal entry text. Other features, including account, check results, AI conversations, and subscription status, may use server storage. Optional cloud backup of local journals is not available in this version; uninstalling the app or clearing its data can erase local records.
If you enter journal text into an AI conversation yourself, that text is processed as an AI message. Local journal storage does not make an AI conversation local.
Why information is used
We use information to provide your selected features, maintain your account and settings, create requested AI responses, check subscription access and usage limits, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and respond to your requests. Sleep access is optional and is used for Bio-Sync when enabled. We do not use Health data to target advertising.
Services involved
Information may be processed by the hosting and database providers that run LUMORA, an AI model provider when you use an AI feature, RevenueCat for subscription management, and Apple or Google for store purchases and device health permissions. These services process information needed for their roles. The privacy practices of a store or health platform also apply to data you give directly to it.
Your choices and deletion
You can decline optional health permission in your device settings, stop using AI features, clear local data in Profile, and request deletion of your account and associated server records from Profile. Clearing local records and deleting a server account are separate actions. If you no longer have access to the app, follow the web deletion instructions or email us. Store subscriptions must also be cancelled in the store where they were purchased.
We retain information while needed to provide the service or meet applicable obligations. Deletion requests are reviewed with appropriate identity checks; some information may need to be retained where required for security, accounting, or law. Contact us for details of a particular request.
Security and changes
We use access controls and encrypted connections to protect information in transit. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as LUMORA changes and will publish the revised text and effective date here.
For account deletion, see Delete a LUMORA account. For questions, contact liliiastadnik1@gmail.com.
